The French Development Agency (Agence française de développement, AFD) is a public financial institution that implements the policy defined by the French Government. It works to fight poverty and promote sustainable development.

AFD is France’s inclusive public development bank. It commits financing and technical assistance to projects that genuinely improve everyday life, both in developing and emerging countries and in the French overseas provinces.

AFD supports a number of projects in Africa and 2ML Consulting has been part of their interventions in Nigeria. AFD has funded Organizational Technical Assistance (OTA) interventions in Nigeria (Ondo and Ogun )
