Strategic Business Planning (SBP)

At 2ML, we partner with organizations to develop Strategic Business Plans (SBPs) using a bottom-up approach. These once set at the lowest levels are cascading to form the Corporate Strategic Plan and thus inform the Corporate Vision, Mission and Core values. We ensure that all stakeholders including the workers, top management, board members and sector players are given a voice in the formulation of the Vision and Mission statements as well as the core values.

We then develop together a strategy map that entails strategic objectives that cover perspectives from the organizational capacity through internal processes up to the customer and financial status. The product is a document that takes care of all stakeholder interests with buy-in at all levels.

While at it, we employ a structured approach that instils the strategic planning beliefs in the utility/enterprise such that the knowledge transferred empowers future self-facilitation. SBPs guide the utility/enterprise on how to manage day to day activities to achieve the vision and mission in the long term. They also are useful in guiding management on how best to deploy available resources for maximum output, outcomes and impacts. Utilities supported in SBPs by 2ML span in various countries such as:
