Rosemary is the finance and administrative manager at 2ML Consulting. Her duties are to lead the company operations and grow the business portfolio. She provides leadership, technical and strategic direction, and to effectively manage the business operations, for the achievement of the Company goals.

Rosemary holds a masters degree in Business Administration and a bachelors degree in Commerce (Finance) from the prestigious Makerere University Uganda.

Rosemary has over 15 years’ experience in finance and Administration from an international NGO. She has developed a high level of proficiency in all aspects of Financial and management accounting, as well as general accounting knowledge and expertise. She possess hands-on knowledge and experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis financial reporting and Grants Management.

She is currently pursuing CPA.
